Thanks to Rhodri ap Dyfrig Small Things and crew for organizing today's event. The blog has been very quiet recently, and gang activity Small Things, together with the fact that I have become incredibly high in the list has an annual Total Politics Blogs Welsh embarrassing me. Why do I have made so little effort to blog lately? There's no doubt that I've been busy - with my daily work at Bangor University, but also with various other things in my life. He married on the 17th of July, and it took that chunk of my time ddecrhau'r summer. (I'm also a member of the S4C Authority, but I'm not going to start discussing the busyness and those who have been involved). At work, I mainly use the summer to do research, and the PhD has been moving forward at a painfully batman arkham city xbox 360 slow. However, I received

good news a few weeks ago, about another piece of research that I have in the pipeline. I've received a grant to be made on a piece of Welsh identity of young boys, by using methods that have been developed by Professor David Gauntlett, University of Westminster. As part of this plan, I'll be visiting and three secondary schools in Welsh speaking batman arkham city xbox 360 areas, and work with a select group of boys. The idea is that we set out to imagine what would have been brought up in superhero history of the Welsh Wales - Caernarfon Spiderman or Superman from Tregaron. The grant will enable us to pay professional artist to work with the boys to shape the characters, and I hope to be able to use the talents of one particular

artist who has worked on some major Marvel comics and 2000AD. Anyway, the characters and comics will be posted on the web when they are ready, and will be an opportunity for the public to help us as we try to interpret what the characters were saying about identity the boys.
